Orestin Refund & Return Policy

If you wish to request a return, please contact us at support@orestin.com before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
The return address will be provided by email after your return request has been reviewed and approved.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in good condition, free from scratches, damage, or obvious signs of use
  • Reasonable try-on is permitted, provided the item remains suitable for resale
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories and included materials (if applicable) must be returned

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine final eligibility for refund approval.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

For returns requested for non-quality-related reasons (including but not limited to personal preference, change of mind, or unmet expectations), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@orestin.com and include clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase.

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, cancellation may still be possible.

Once an order has entered the shipping process or has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to return the item, you may do so after delivery by following our standard return process.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Heavily discounted, clearance, or special promotion items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or customer-caused damage
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing included accessories
  • Items requested for return after the return window has expired

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
